The Opportunity
Take the reins as a Claims Officer – Elders Property Claims. You’ll be handling claims for domestic, farm, and commercial property damage from fire, floods, theft, and more. This is your chance to flex your expertise, and prove yourself in a fast-paced, no-holds-barred industry.

Your new role
This role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to collaborate with our agency partners, customers, loss adjusters, builders, and suppliers for effective and efficient claims management.
The key responsibilities for this role include the following, but not limited to:
Provide exceptional customer service via verbal, written and in-person interactions
Guide and provide support to our customers after their loss
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for the customer and business
End to end claims management of property claims
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Property/Motor Claims Officer is highly advantageous
An insurance or similar background where you have provided a world class customer service experience and have shown passion to grow and develop into a property insurance professional
A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands
A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional
Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
