Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a Hiab 335K picker crane to safely and efficiently deliver roofing supplies to residential homes. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety standards. The Crane Operator will work closely with other team members and clients to ensure that all operations are conducted smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the safe transport of building materials
Operate crane to lift and move materials as required
Work at heights and ensure the proper use of fall protection equipment and ladders
Unload roofing materials and secure them on roof with the assistance of delivery helper
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project requirements and progress
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on site
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly
