Key Responsibilities
Lead the vision, strategic development and day-to-day management of the EYFS curriculum and provision.
Champion early years pedagogy and support colleagues in delivering high-quality, child-centred learning experiences.
Identify and assess individual needs and ensure appropriate interventions and support are in place.
Collaborate with staff, parents and external agencies to develop inclusive practice and ensure statutory requirements are met.
Model excellent classroom practice and contribute to ongoing curriculum planning and development across EYFS and KS1.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A strong understanding of EYFS pedagogy and child development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A commitment to inclusive practice and whole school improvement.
