Your Role as a Classroom Teacher

As a Classroom Teacher (K-6), you will be at the heart of our mission, shaping young minds and guiding their educational journey. You will create rich and meaningful learning experiences tailored to the individual needs of each student, ensuring they thrive academically and spiritually. Collaborating with fellow educators and pastoral leaders, you will contribute to a nurturing environment that promotes both academic excellence and personal growth.

Your role will be instrumental in implementing our K-6 Learning Framework, ensuring that every child flourishes in a supportive and faith-based setting.

Hold relevant tertiary teaching qualifications from a recognized institution.
Be registered and accredited with NESA.
A valid, paid Working with Children Check.
Exhibit a strong understanding of pedagogical principles and curriculum implementation.
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and effective communication skills.
A genuine Christian faith of reformed persuasion, with active commitment to a local church.

Salary details are determined in line with the NSW Christian Schools (Teaching Staff) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023.
