Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Helper to join our team at Mistral Holidays. The ideal candidate will ensure our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment by performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish supplies as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Help with setup and breakdown of events or meetings when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries.
• *Qualifications:**
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hospitality setting, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina and mobility to lift, carry, and move objects.
