Duties
Perform commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Conduct facilities maintenance duties such as minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
Handle heavy lifting when required, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any concerns or special requests.
Adhere to all safety protocols while performing cleaning duties.
Experience
Previous experience in residential & commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
