3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

CLEVERTAP FOR BUSINESS
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders for integrating new capabilities of Clevertap
Thorough understanding of Clevertap features, API integrations & Webhooks
Collaborating with business teams to optimise existing campaigns/journeys
Campaign operations vigilance and improving existing product features
Implementing Bulletin and Product experience.
Bringing in industry first ideas and solutions in collaboration with CT team
Take ownership of all the responsibilities surrounding campaign operations, processes, QA processes, campaign execution process, and stakeholder management. This includes ensuring that best practices are documented maintained and enforced
Partner with marketing team members to build, activate, and optimize demand generation campaigns.
Partner with marketers to build and optimize use case and persona-based nurture programs.
Improve database integrity and segmentations and ensure campaign audiences and targets match business needs and objectives.
Build and champion an A/B testing culture within marketing.
Collaboration with Data Science team to conduct experiments, ongoing testing, and forming and refining an operational model as product development transitions between research and engineering backlogs.
Document key campaign execution processes as they develop and evolve.
The role entails creating frameworks/jump-start data models/data fabrics/ PoVs in the area of Data Architecture, Data Orchestration, and Data Governance.
SME should also be able to enhance Genpact deal win ratio & margins through the right solution. This will require an in-depth understanding of our delivery model, and client relationship management.
Independently participating in RFP responses & proactive pursuits in the area of Data Analytics.
Conceptualizing and designing solutions, and articulating their value proposition to clients
Take ownership of execution of ML Engineering backlogs by overseeing tech prioritisation, development, and managing ML & Automation engineers.
Take accountability for the lifecycle of ML data products in production, including process, governance, testing, and documentation

Work with cross-functional teams to set and achieve targets
Determine individual training needs & development plans to build expertise and enhance skills
Provide guidance to team in identification of training needs like upgradation to latest technology to enhance capabilities to drive a stable and robust MarTech & Product Management function
Integrate cross linked KRAs across the team to ensure ownership and smooth functioning.
