Position: Client Accounts Assistant
Location: London | Full-time | 6 month FTC
Step into the world of live entertainment and join a fast-paced, dynamic finance team at one of the industry’s most influential companies. We're hiring a Coordinator to support Cash Management and Client Payments within our Touring division.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on major deals in the entertainment space while collaborating with agents, artists, managers, and finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and reconcile cashbooks with daily banking transactions
• Monitor and verify cash inflows/outflows and applied deposits
• Liaise with clients, agents, and banks on payment-related issues
• Oversee client recharges and ensure accurate financial records
• Support tax, compliance, and foreign exchange tracking
• Recommend process improvements and handle ad-hoc projects
• Reconcile artist accounts and prepare statements
• Coordinate with artist managers and agents on payment approvals
• Ensure compliance with foreign entertainer regulations (FEU)
• Track deposits and issue buyer refunds
• Deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of general accounting experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and ideally NetSuite
• A team player with a problem-solving mindset
• Interest in music, comedy or sport
