Due to ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a full time Client Advisor in our stunning Dolce&Gabbana Chadstone Boutique.
We seek highly motivated, energetic and driven candidates with excellent knowledge of luxury retail, and a deep appreciation for Made in Italy craftsmanship, quality, and aesthetics.
You thrive on providing exceptional client experiences and are passionate about the growth and success of Dolce&Gabbana in Australia.
You Have the following Attributes and Experience
• A minimum of two years relevant sales and customer service experience ideally in luxury retail
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills & immaculate personal presentation
• Highest standard of customer service excellence
• Develop and nurture client relationships that will have a direct impact on sales growth
• Natural ability to build relationships and foster brand loyalty
• Be results oriented and highly driven to achieve sales &
KPIS
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Demonstrate strong and confident sales skills
• Flexible and reliable
