Client Delivery Manager (Digital Marketing & Social Media)

What you’ll do:
• Take full ownership of client campaign delivery — from onboarding to reporting.
• Coordinate with strategy, media, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are on time, on brief, on budget.
• Track daily spends, CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA — making real-time calls to optimize.
• Approve and manage campaign budgets, making sure every rupee delivers maximum value.
• Oversee influencer campaigns, social media management, paid ad execution, and SEO delivery.
• Monitor and report cost savings and delivery efficiencies.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, client escalations, and delivery delays proactively.
• Maintain cost sheets, performance trackers, and client reports.
What we’re looking for:
✅ 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management and client delivery
✅ Strong command over Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Influencer Marketing, Social Media
✅ Proven skills in budget tracking, cost optimization, and vendor management
✅ Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Comfortable working from our Noida office (Work from Office role)
