They are responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client’s objectives, planning and delivering high quality, effective activity and evaluating the impact of this activity. They are also responsible for the financial analysis of the partnership. • Interacting with international clients to cater to their research needs. • Work with potential clients via phone, email an • Cultivate long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor to Fatpos Global’s clients • Establish credibility as a trusted business advisor for the client • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements • Targeting new business development areas in new and existing markets, Meet specific sales targets part of key performance indicators. • Handling In- bound and Out- bound sales related to research work. Development of new clients, locates or proposes potential business deals. • Build relationship with clients to up- sell and cross- sell and client servicing. • Develop and maintain Strategic Alliances. Pipeline management and constant interaction with business heads. • Work with potential clients via phone, email and social media channels to understand their issues/needs. Required Qualification • MBA strongly preferred proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills. • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the Research & Consulting Industry. • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) • Detail and goal-oriented • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
