We are currently seeking a Client Finance Officer to join the team in our Adelaide office, providing end-to-end bookkeeping services to our clients' businesses - enabling them to thrive.

About the position
In this Client Finance Officer position, you will make an impact on our clients' businesses by providing end-to-end bookkeeping services, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing. You will work with our Accountants in this client-facing role, to provide exceptional service. Partnering with our clients across different industries, this position will enable you to challenge yourself and enhance your career!
Your other key responsibilities will include:
Managing accounts receivable/payable
Managing debt collection processes
Preparation of Profit and Loss statements
Preparation of Balance Sheets
Conducting end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliations including superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover
Preparing BAS/IAS statements for review and lodgment
About you
The successful candidate will possess established experience as a Bookkeeper, Finance Officer or within a similar role. You may be currently working in an accounting firm, or looking to join a business consulting environment, eager to make a difference by utilizing your expertise!
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and will be a personable individual. It is also advantageous, however not essential, that the successful candidate has a basic understanding of Awards and how minimum wages and classifications interact.
