Cross Resourcing is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading legal client to recruit two Client Onboarding Assistants to join their growing Client Onboarding team, based in the Edinburgh office.
The successful candidates will support the Client Onboarding Advisor, ensuring the efficient onboarding of new clients and the effective ongoing administration of existing client documentation.
What you’ll do
• Provide proactive administrative support to the Onboarding team
• Liaise directly with new and existing clients to collect and verify CDD documentation
• Work closely with Legal, Tax, and Risk & Compliance colleagues
• Maintain strict confidentiality and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the team
What you’ll need
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a strong ability to prioritise workloads
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with discretion when handling confidential information
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
