Licious, a leading food tech startup in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team. This position will be remote work, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively communicate information to clients
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the client relations team
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations
- Energetic and resourceful personality traits
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
