- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on products and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular follow-ups, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Identify client concerns and work collaboratively with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs better and identify areas for improvement in our service delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements that could benefit clients.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions, issues resolved, and feedback collected to the management team.
- Client Education: Provide clients with information regarding new products, services, and updates that align with their needs.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to effectively serve our clients and enhance the overall client experience.
#### Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Personality Traits:
- Driven: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and make a meaningful impact.
- Dedicated: Committed to meeting the needs and expectations of clients while promoting Sun Pharma’s values.
- Soft Skills:
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to client issues and challenges.
- Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems is an advantage.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
