Responsibilites: Customer Satisfaction II Client Relationship Management
• Develop and manage relationships with clients
• Create plans to address clients' business needs
• Providing clients with relevant information about the products and services
• Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, and resolving client queries
• Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications
Candidates must have below skills as these are basic and mandatory for this job profile.
1) Must have knowledge of basic mathematics like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentage calculation.
2) Must be comfortable for using the computer and smart phones.
3) Must have basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
4) Must have good communications skills in Hindi and English both.
