About the Role
Apprenticeship Support Australia is looking for a Client Reporting Administrator to join our Career and Client Engagement team. In this role, you will support the Client Relations and Business Development Team to meet data and reporting requirements for key clients, and is responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting data to support organisational decision-making. This role involves working with various stakeholders to understand their data needs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity are within current processes and procedures.
This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based in the Osborne Park office.
Key responsibilities include:
Assign client leads through Ready Apprentice to the Client Relations and Business Development Team.
Analyse large datasets to identify and report on trends, patterns, and insights.
Manage and update databases to ensure they reflect current and accurate information.
Identify opportunities for process automation to streamline data collection and reporting
Undertake tasks in accordance with Department of Education and Training / STA policy and procedures, KPIs and service standards.
Create and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders, using standardised reporting templates.
Work with Marketing and internal teams providing reports and website updates where required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Organised and strong ability to deliver accurate reports as per internal procedures.
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and CRM databases.
Appropriate phone manner and customer service skills.
Ability to adhere to organisational processes and policies.
Understanding of compliance obligations.
National Police Clearance and an Australian Driver's Licence
