The Deloitte Digital Content Studio (DDSC), based in Bangalore and Chennai India, provides high volume, high quality digital and print content to Deloitte clients globally. Our ad-tech product M/Suite powers the digital content creation across Technology platform, Digital Media, and Brand Commerce. DDSC is able to meet the omni-channel marketing content production needs of its clients. The DDCS provides image services, advertising production, 3D content, CGI and video production, delivering roughly 15,000 pieces of content daily.


As part of the digital delivery leadership team, we are looking for a data driven, strategic, digital marketing leader to oversee and scale our digital operations. Specific responsibilities will include managing the digital creative and marketing operations, delivering, data driven strategic omni channel solutions.


Job Description:

Single point contact for the client and the senior management for a specific shiftInterface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with themOversee and coordinate client escalated operational issuesManage and oversee effective dissemination of client information to operations teamsEnsure that the instruction from the client is disseminated across the shiftResponsible for quality and timely completion of work for the assigned accountsEnsure that the instruction / feedback received from the client is disseminatedEnsure compliance across processesEnsure that the feedback from client, revision analysis are disseminated to the team members and track for improvementsTimely flagging of issues to management

Required Skills:

Good communications skills both oral and writtenAbility to effectively communicate and interface with peers as well as mid/senior level managementAbility to stay calm and work well under pressureExperience in voice support would be an advantageWillingness to work in rotational basisBasic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
