Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Provide product information and demonstrations to clients as needed.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective implementation of our products or services.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary: Negotiable up to 3.60 L per annum for the right candidate
Office Timing: 10 AM to 7.30 PM
Week off on 1st and 3rd Saturday and all Sunday.
Work From office only.
