Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive at The Brand Saloon in Mumbai. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing business relationships, client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
• Seek, process and execute client requests and product orders
• Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the account manager
• Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched and encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services
• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
• Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
Qualifications
• Client Services, Business Relationship Management, and Client Relations skills
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience in the Digital Marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
