Job Summary: As a Client Services Manager at Dot N Dash Graphics, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and overseeing the delivery of our services. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing client satisfaction and driving the growth of our business. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams or departments to meet client expectations, monitor service performance, and implement improvements as necessary. Effective communication skills are a must.
