Role Overview: Client Liaison Specialist
As a Client Liaison Specialist, you will be representing international brands and helping their customers via different means. Your main goal is to keep things simple, helpful and smooth for the customer by answering their questions and following up when needed.
You will receive full training on the systems, workflow, and communication. You do not need to know everything on day one. We are looking for someone who listens well, understands people, and communicates calmly and professionally.
This is a full-time job with no sales targets or rotating shifts. It is ideal for those who want stable work, weekends off and a career path in global client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients via various means of communication
Use ticketing systems to manage and resolve queries
Follow internal processes and communicate with clients clearly
Talk to other teams to solve customer issues if needed
Stay polite and calm in every interaction
Maintain quality of service (no sales involved)
Preferred Skills & Experience
1 to 5 years of experience in customer/client-facing or similar roles is preferred
Freshers with good English skills are also welcome
Comfortable using computers, email, and typing in English
Able to follow instructions, workflows, and internal processes accurately
Good listening skills and a friendly, polite tone of speaking
