About the Role

We're a leading top-tier law firm seeking a polished hospitality professional to join Client Services team in a newly created job-share position. As a Client Services Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in hospitality service, room coordination and event support by delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Hospitality
Provide high-quality customer service to clients, visitors and staff, ensuring every interaction reflects our firm’s commitment to excellence.
Deliver professional waiter service for meetings, seminars, formal dining and events.
Prepare and serve barista-quality coffee and beverages promptly.
Ensure dietary requirements are understood and catered for appropriately to support a safe and exceptional dining experience.
Room Bookings & Client Floor Operations
Set up, reset and maintain boardrooms and meeting spaces to high standards, tailored to booking requirements.
Assist with room booking coordination and daily workflow using EMS and MS Teams/Outlook.
Ensure the Client Floor, kitchens and service areas remain immaculate, inviting and fully stocked.
Administrative & Team Support
Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to understand daily requirements and deliver seamless operations.
Support event logistics, catering orders and collections.
Assist with general administrative tasks including Reception cover.
About You
Passionate about delivering high-end client service in a professional environment.
Confident working in hospitality-style service (coffee, catering and events).
Well-presented, organised and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Digitally capable, with the ability to use workflow and booking systems.
Flexible with hours and working overtime.
