Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with client SPOC, trainer and internal stakeholders to ensure end to end service delivery
• Manage governance processes, MIS and initiatives
• Manage empanelment processes and initiatives
• Audit the training delivery process, performance, feedback & moderate online sessions/classroom sessions
• Identify issues and get it resolved within the expected timeline
• Improve candidate/client experience and training services
• Run meetings as per agreed schedule
• Create central reports to identify issues and make escalations to the right stakeholders
• Implement new initiatives/changes
Requirements:
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a training governance or quality management role (education/training domain only)
• Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Good analytical skills, should be able to analyze data or situations
• Ability to create meaningful reports for insights
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Eye for detail – should be able to identify discrepancy in data
• Excellent people/team management skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to deliver results even in an adverse situations
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Should be ready to work from Office
