About the opportunity
The Centre for Continuing Education team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Coordinator to provide a broad range of general administrative and client services support.
In this role, you will utilise strong administrative and organisational skills to coordinate and undertake a range of activities. You will proactively and efficiently manage incoming enquiries and outbound client contact, applying an understanding of the prospective clients’ learning and development needs to support their progression to an enrolment. Additional administrative duties will be performed as required.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
deliver onsite daily administrative services via telephone, email, and in person, ensuring professional and timely support is provided to staff, facilitators, students, clients, and visitors
provide advice, guidance, and information to students about CCE’s course offerings. This ranges from providing course-specific information to making recommendations regarding the suitability of specific courses
process enrolments, payments, credit vouchers, refunds, and invoice requests
liaise with debtors and creditors to ensure there are no overdue payments
support the setup and maintenance of teaching spaces and respond to facilities requests
perform work activities relevant to the role’s key accountabilities, as approved by management and commensurate with the role’s classification level.
