Job Description
As a Specialist - Client Success at Verticurl, you will work for assigned client(s) and related stakeholders for digital marketing campaign planning and execution.
You will be responsible for key accounts success, relationship health, and service delivery supporting Verticurl’s global clients.
Prior marketing operations and e-mail / digital marketing domain expertise to manage clients' digital campaigns to the highest standard.
You are a technology-savvy individual with prior experience in Marketing automation platforms, digital marketing, and hands-on experience with analytics tools and platforms.
You know the value of data and technology-driven marketing.
You work with our clients to understand their business, KPIs, opportunities, and challenges, and help them maximize their MarTech investments.
You will work closely with the Production and Campaign Delivery Team, Client Success Manager, and other cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Be a point of contact for the customers and together with a team provide excellence in service delivery, campaign planning, and executions.
The Person needs to closely work with the marketing team and provide constructive solutions for their marketing automation platforms and will be responsible for end-to-end digital delivery.
Maintain and communicate project plans, and manage status meetings and updates.
They would also do campaign measurement and reporting activities including measurement planning, post-launch monitoring, campaign report delivery, and communication with key stakeholders.
Liaison for supporting functions : production, IT, fulfillment, etc. Collaborate with project leadership teams on program roadmaps, campaign strategies, and execution calendars.
Supporting growth and retention of clients and quarterly planning.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation and experience working in a digital agency, consulting firm, or digital marketing organization.
Working knowledge of leading Marketing Technologies (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Having certification is a big plus.
Experience in supporting large enterprise clients and multinational organizations.
