As a Client Services Manager, you’ll be the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of supervised entities — building trusted relationships, understanding each client’s business and risks, and ensuring they meet their regulatory, compliance and reporting obligations. You’ll act in a fiduciary capacity on behalf of Public Trust, applying critical thinking, reviewing key documents, and working closely with colleagues across CTS to deliver high‑quality supervision.

In this role, you will:

Act as the main point of contact for clients and build trusted relationships
Lead supervisory activities and review governance, processes, risks and control environments
Review key documents including trust deeds, disclosure documents and agreements
Support clients with reporting obligations such as financial statements and audit certificates
Stay up to date with industry, market and regulatory developments
Collaborate across CTS and contribute to continuous improvement
Manage files and documentation in line with internal and legislative requirements
Support new business opportunities when appropriate

You’ll bring:

A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Legal or a related field
5+ years’ professional experience, ideally in professional services, regulatory, investment management or the trustee sector
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with clients at a professional level
