Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the agency's internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to develop and execute advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide regular status updates to clients, communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow and expand client relationships, and work with the agency's new business team to develop proposals and pitch new business.
• Ensure that all client deliverables meet agency standards for quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in client services at an advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including creative, media, and production processes.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
