Job Opportunity: Client Services Professional
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Client Services Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution and management of ongoing projects.
Your responsibilities will include supporting Account Managers in managing ongoing projects, handling client queries, building strong relationships with clients, preparing service quotations, and ensuring timely invoice submissions according to contracts.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as advanced language proficiency in business Japanese and English. Previous experience in a client-facing role is also highly desirable.
In addition, we require candidates to have N1/N2 level Japanese certification and advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Account Managers in managing ongoing projects
• Handle client queries and provide effective solutions
• Buid strong relationships with clients
• Prepare service quotations and ensure timely invoicing
• Manage internal communications effectively
Requirements:
• N1/N2 level Japanese certification
• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
• Advanced language proficiency in business Japanese and English
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word and Excel)
