We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist & Client Servicing Expert to join our team and manage various projects while ensuring exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker, a strong communicator, and a team player who can efficiently handle daily tasks and meet delivery deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Organize, prioritize, and ensure the completion of daily tasks for various projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align deliverables with deadlines and remind team members of pending tasks.
• Maintain and update lead generation entries and regularly update clients about lead progress.
• Liaise between developers and clients to ensure timely website updates and changes.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company team, facilitating seamless communication.
• Execute social media posting as per the approved calendar, create decks, and gather necessary approvals.
• Maintain daily communication with influencers and share requirements with vendors as needed.
• Coordinate PR communication tasks with vendors and clients, ensuring smooth execution.
• Manage hoarding, pamphlet, or other print material requirements, oversee design approvals, and ensure timely file delivery.
• Address client requirements across multiple channels, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality output.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum three years in social media, client servicing, or related fields.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in social media tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of design approval processes and print materials is a plus.
