About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, accountable individual with a strong sense of ownership to lead client relationships and drive execution in the Influencer Marketing space. The ideal candidate can manage 8–10 retainer clients, if needed by building team within, coordinate with internal teams, and train junior resources to build and strengthen the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership and accountability of assigned work and ensure it gets done
• Train and guide junior team members to support scalable operations
• Act as the primary point of contact for 8–10 retainer clients
• Understand client briefs, create execution plans, and present proposals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Manage onboarding of new clients and structure campaign workflows
• Use logical thinking and reasoning to solve problems and streamline processes
• Share regular progress updates and reports with clients and internal teams
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or digital client servicing
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
• Proven ability to lead with ownership and drive accountability
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus
• Based in Mumbai; available to work in a hybrid setup (office + WFH)
