Job Description
Having a sound understanding of residential lending criteria and being able to use that knowledge to compile loan applications.
Maintain customer information on our CRM platform and in keeping with existing industry wide compliance and privacy regulations.
Proactive outbound calling to contact customers when their fixed home loan interest rates come up for review
Support our Mortgage Advisers with lending applications, including loading loan applications and accompanying documents into Our CRM Platform
Checking the final loan structure and settling loans
The ability to understand/ learn bank loan products and services
Excellent written and verbal communication
Great organisational skills and attention to detail is a must
Must have a displayed work/ life balance as Greenlight is a family focused business, we would like to see this person having an involvement in and around the Hawke’s Bay community.
