Looking for Client Servicing Executive at Brand Saloon with required roles and responsibilities (1 year experience from a Digital Marketing Agency experience)
Mumbai Location (Work from office only)
• Seek, process and execute client requests and product orders
• Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the account manager
• Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched and encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services
• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
• Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
