Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive/Manager. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication, project delivery, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the key liaison between the agency and assigned clients. Understand client requirements, objectives, and KPIs. Develop and present project proposals, strategies, and campaign plans. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, operations, etc.) to execute campaigns. Ensure timely delivery of projects, within scope and budget. Handle day-to-day communication, feedback, and updates with clients. Build strong client relationships to drive retention and account growth. Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, ROI, and client satisfaction. Assist in billing and financial documentation for client accounts. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years (for Executive) / 3–6 years (for Manager) of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship roles, preferably in an agency or marketing environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience in digital marketing, branding, or event management. Knowledge of CRM tools and analytics platforms. Fluency in English and one regional language is an added advantage.
