About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Service Intern to join our digital marketing team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work across digital platforms, assist in campaign performance tracking, manage communication tools, and support day-to-day client service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Platform Management

· Assist in checking website traffic using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)

· Monitor and update performance sheets for Google Ads and Meta Ads (performance, revenue generated, money spent)

· Support in basic SEO tasks including keyword identification and website content optimization

· Regular updates of website content on WordPress (especially inner pages)

· Upload and manage videos on the website

2. Advertising & Marketing Tools

· Understand basics of Google Ads and Meta Business Suite

· Support campaign reporting and ad account management for clients

· Update client-specific ad performance sheets (Google & Meta)

3. Client Communication & CRM Tools

· Send messages and follow-ups through platforms like Convert way and Nitro

· Maintain awareness of Nitro platform features and functionality

· Support coordination with clients via messaging and email tools

4. Daily Operational Tasks

· Update the RR Sales Trend Daily Sheet across all clients

· Maintain client tracking sheets for Google & Meta performance

· Assist with creating, formatting, and updating presentations

· Support daily ad-hoc client servicing and coordination tasks

Skills Required:

· Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools

· Familiarity with SEO concepts and keyword research

· Good knowledge of WordPress and content updating

· Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field

· Internship or academic experience in a digital marketing or client servicing environment is a plus

· Duration: 3 Months

· Stipend: Yes

· Opportunity to Grow: Outstanding interns may be considered for full-time roles based on performance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
