Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service requests. The Client Servicing Manager will also be responsible for communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and grow the business.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an Advertising agency
• Proven track record of maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing, Communications, or a related field
