Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager & Executives. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing concept-to-execution services for brand-specific IP conceptualization and execution, events experiential marketing, rural marketing, VM & branding, employee engagement programs, virtual/hybrid events & webinars. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as coordinating with clients, understanding their requirements, managing budgets, and overseeing the execution of projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
• Client Services, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Ability to understand and fulfill client requirements
• Strong customer satisfaction focus
• Finance and budget management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in event management or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of event planning software, project management skills, creativity, and negotiation skills.
