The ideal candidate should be passionate about client servicing, marketing delivery and relationship building. You will be responsible for managing all marketing delivery for your respective accounts.
Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Strategy
Come up with marketing strategy for select set of accounts
Meet clients regularly to present strategy, work deliverables, reports and future plans
Understanding requirements form clients and communicating the same to the content, design and development team
Ensure quality deliverables as per client expectations
Front ending all client communications for select set of customers
Own end to end delivery for assigned client accounts
Weekly and monthly reporting for each of your customer accounts
Build strong relationship with clients, industry peers and internal stakeholders
Marketing performance analysis and improvement planning
Account development
Client Retention
Must-haves
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
Good design sense. Should be able to guide and provide feedback to designers
Excellent research skills. Should be able to research about topics, industries and come up with expert articles/ posts
Excellent analytical skills.
Should have worked in an agency environment. Handled at least 5 clients simultaneously.
Should have experience in writing for the IT and Tech Domain
5+ years experience preferably in the digital marketing or IT domain
