Responsibilities
The Clinic Supervisor is a mid-tier administrative role responsible for supporting the Clinic Director in the oversight of performance of the clinic staff
This position primarily supports the Clinic Director with supervising clinicians, while maintaining an active caseload of clients
Participate in Ellie leadership meetings when requested
Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of 3-5 clinicians, including regular individual and group supervision sessions
Conduct case reviews and offer guidance on treatment planning, interventions, and ethical considerations
Monitor and evaluate clinician performance, providing feedback and facilitating professional growth
Manage a caseload of clients, providing client therapy with an average of 20 client session hours billed per week
Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients
Stay up-to-date with best practices, research findings, and ethical standards in the field of mental health therapy
Collaborate with clinic director to support clinic in positive culture building (celebrations, anniversaries, community drives, etc.)
Support clinic staff development
Conduct assessments, which may include a mental health diagnosis, develop and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Being kind to your coworkers and playing a role in maintaining a peaceful work environment
