TechClinic Connect Pvt Ltd addresses the gap between 70 crore people deprived of consultation on complex healthcare problems and 10 lakh doctors who lack visibility to reach patients. We bridge this divide by connecting patients with expert healthcare advice and enabling doctors to access more patients. Currently, the company manages large clinic setups with monthly revenues of 20M INR.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Advisor located in Thane. The Clinical Advisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, improving quality standards, providing training to staff, ensuring compliance with medical guidelines, and managing pharmacy operations. This role also involves working closely with medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care and clinic performance.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Medicine and Pharmacy
• Experience in Training and Quality Improvement
• Background in Nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Relevant professional qualifications in healthcare
• Experience in managing clinical operations is a plus
