Job Description
a. Demonstrate features and benefits of Company products and solutions to users
b. Hand hold prospects/customers to perform clinical procedures when using our
products
c. Provide training to users so that they utilise the system independently
d. Complete Clinical Application demo/training/handover documentation e. Create Clinical Case Studies and customer testimonials
f. Assist sales & marketing teams with clinical material for CMEs, Industry Conferences & presentations by customers
g. Provide training to Internal teams & channel partners on all our products
h. Engage with customers and other stakeholders in gathering feedback to improve customer satisfaction
i. Build long-term relationships, maximize customer outcomes.
Desired Background & Experience
a. Fresher with Biomedical Education or 2-5 years’ experience in handling Laparoscopy Imaging systems either with a manufacturer/distributor or with a hospital/clinic
b. Well versed in OT environment
c. Good spoken communication skills in English and local language(s)
d. Bachelor’s Degree in Science (preferred)
