We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Quality Improvement and Clinical Oversight to lead our dedicated team of over 100 clinicians, ensuring the highest standards of care across our facilities.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of quality initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and clinical oversight, playing a pivotal part in enhancing operational efficiencies and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Quality & Compliance: Drive quality improvement initiatives by analyzing clinical data, identifying trends, and implementing evidence-based solutions to enhance patient care.
Operational Excellence: Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement policies that align with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize clinical data and performance metrics to inform decision-making, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and patient safety.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, nursing teams, and regulatory bodies to maintain and exceed industry standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare leadership with a focus on quality improvement and clinical oversight.
A strong clinical background, preferably in nursing or healthcare administration.
Experience in the nursing home/long-term care sector is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) is a plus, but not mandatory.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a large team.
Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive meaningful improvements.
