About the Role
As a Clinical Education Specialist at Ramsay Health Care, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training and education programs that align with our organisational and departmental strategic planning strategies.
You will work closely with the Hospital Training & Development Manager to achieve results through facilitating regular orientations, in-servicing, and clinical competence programs. This role requires a high level of innovation, solution-oriented thinking, and self-motivation to drive positive change within our team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and deliver training and education programs
Facilitate regular orientations, in-servicing, and clinical competence programs
Work closely with the Hospital Training & Development Manager to achieve results
Demonstrate innovative thinking, solution-oriented approach, and self-motivation
Requirements
Rlevant registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience
Demonstrated experience working towards and achieving team KPI's
Commitment and positive attitude towards education and professional development
Proven ability in delivery of formal/informal education
