Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist at Nellis Air Force Base, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Clinical Pharmacist position offers:
• The inpatient pharmacy provides service 24/7
• Regularly scheduled for 8-to-12-hour shifts
• 80 hrs every two weeks
• Freedom from on call responsibilities
• Exceptional support staff allows you to focus on patient care
• Freedom from insurance hassles
• Give back & care for our Nation's armed forces
Job Requirements:
The Pharmacist will have the following requirements:
• Board Certified in one or more of the pharmacy specialties recognized by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties, or
• Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy, or
• Documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or CME in the practice of clinical pharmacy
• Any state license
• BLS and ACLS
• Minimum of one year experience as an inpatient pharmacist (within last 3 years preferred) or be within 1 year of graduation from an ACPE accredited pharmacy school or residency program. Experience working in a military treatment facility preferred.
• Doctoral degree in Pharmacy from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE).
