Are you an experienced and passionate Speech & Language Therapist ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Leader to join our Kidz First Child Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, and shape the future of Speech & Language Therapy services for children and their whaanau within a community setting.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Leader, you will:

Provide Clinical leadership and coordination for the Speech & Language Therapy discipline
Support and mentor a team of clinicians, guiding best practices and professional development
Maintain a clinical caseload while managing complex cases
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient and whaanau-centered care
Drive innovation and service improvements within the child development team
Support recruitment, orientation, and workforce development
What We’re Looking For:

NZ registered Speech Therapist with a current practicing certificate
Minimum of six years clinical experience in Paediatric Speech & Language Therapy
Expertise in working with children with feeding and communication difficulties
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills
Knowledge of best practices, service development, and quality improvement
Experience in working within an interdisciplinary team environment
Full, clean drivers licence
