Description:
The Clinical Learning Educator I is responsible for collaborating with the Clinical Learning team, and the Clinical Nurse Educators at the entity level to ensure synergistic orientation of staff, and nursing development through education across the system. The Clinical Learning Educator I as a subject matter expert acts as a consultant for system-wide clinical learning and competency needs and partners with the Clinical Nurse Educator at the entity level in deployment of education to support the implementation and integration of standardized evidence based practice. The Clinical Learning Educator I utilizes skilled communication and true collaboration to partner with clinical leadership across Baptist Health to establish and sustain a cohesive network aimed at assessing individual entity and system needs, developing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and facilitating educational programs or initiatives, and evaluating the outcomes and implications.
Estimated salary range for this position is $7+331.20 - $105510.50 / year depending on experience.Qualifications:

Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor Science Nursing – BSN. Minimum 5 years clinical experience (clinical educator or staff nurse). Experience in curriculum development/evaluation and instruction (2 years preferred). Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge of current national, state, and accrediting agency standards, laws, and regulations that impact clinical practice, competency requirements, and patient care. Certification in area of specialty area preferred.
