KÅrero mÅ te tÅ«ranga - About the role
This 0.6FTE permanent position is to join the Cardiology team to help manage and undertake the safe, timely and efficient care delivery of cardiac education and rehabilitation within the Taranaki region. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated individual. You will need to be collaborative and foster excellent working relationships within the team. You will continue to provide comprehensive nursing knowledge and expertise specific to Cardiology. We require someone who will work alongside and provide support to our Cardiologists, Nurse Practitioners and Allied health professionals. This is not an exhaustive description of the role and we expect this position to grow to meet the needs of the Taranaki Population.

Moū - About you
We are welcoming applications from Registered Nurses with a strong Cardiology background who will be providing best practice nursing services to our patients.
· The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years acute cardiac experience and working in the field of Cardiology.
· Post Graduate Qualification - Diploma minimum
· Current PDRP Senior Nurse ideal
Excellent communication skills
· A strong focus on patient assessment.
· Adaptability and flexibility.
· Motivation and self-direction.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Be committed to self-directed learning.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
Team player who is happy to help out where is needed
