Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth by expanding market share within existing accounts and executing strategic sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to provide customer insights for new products and technologies.
• Act as a facilitator in national training sessions for new sales consultants and other internal stakeholders.
• Implement sales strategies developed by the leadership team, delivering product training and support during product commercialization.
• Engage in professional society meetings and trade shows to promote our products and participate in clinical trial activities as appropriate.
• Enhance your professional knowledge through continuous education and networking with peers in the industry.
• Support the timely installation and monitoring of medical device products and services.
• Assist in pre-sales assessments for new products and facilitate user preference evaluations, providing valuable feedback to enhance client satisfaction.
• Design and deliver client training programs to ensure successful implementation of new technologies in healthcare settings.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a respiratory therapist.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements in vendor credentialing services.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills with a focus on successful execution in a sales environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Strategic thinking skills to position our company and products effectively for success.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in tools such as Outlook, Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
Education:
• Must hold a valid license as a Respiratory Therapist or at least one NBRC credential.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $125,000, depending on various factors, including geography, skills, and experience. For remote positions, compensation adheres to all applicable wage laws based on the employee's work location.
