In this vital role, you will independently provide top-notch support for our Endoscopy department by managing Fujifilm's ES equipment and utilizing your expertise to troubleshoot and train staff on its proper use. You will deliver on-site, hands-on support for our entire product catalog to assigned customers, acting as the primary clinical resource for both the Company and its sales team. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm's equipment and services to our customers in the region.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face support, including setup and assistance for Fujifilm video towers and systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment while monitoring, reporting, and supporting repair transactions.
• Conduct case observations and offer ongoing training on Fujifilm technologies and comprehensive support.
• Manage daily maintenance of Fujifilm equipment and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as a clinical liaison by preparing detailed reports for management, tracking installation and usage metrics, and recognizing training needs.
• Analyze data to provide insights that enhance staff training and inform strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate customer data for future integration into database applications.
• Participate in local, regional, and national trade shows as required.
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience or field sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy is desired, with experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and effective communication skills for sharing technical information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting Fujifilm equipment and assessing training needs.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize customer requirements.
• Ability to present information effectively to small groups.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to manipulate items and use hands for tasks including typing.
• Ability to stand, talk, and hear.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs.
• Close vision capability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.
Travel Requirements:
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• This position requires travel to service various regions, including Kansas City, Missouri.
Salary and Benefits:
• Annual salary of $59,000, with an additional $8,000 KPI bonus and a company car.
