About the role:
Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
Drive business performance through strategic planning, team coaching, and daily goal setting
Provide expert skincare and makeup consultations aligned with Clinique’s dermatologist-developed philosophy
Build strong client relationships through personalised service and effective clienteling
Ensure the counter is visually merchandised, fully stocked, and maintained to Clinique brand standards
Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering processes with accuracy
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge and service excellence
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and contribute to business reviews
Collaborate with store management and Clinique field teams to implement promotional strategies and brand initiatives
Uphold Clinique’s values of care, inclusivity, and science-led beauty, ensuring every customer leaves with a confident experience
